What voids a Will? Your Will is invalid if any one of these conditions applies: You are forced to sign a Will against your wishes; You do not have the mental capacity mentioned above; If you marry after making your Will, your Will is automatically void (unless you specifically state in your Will that the Will is made in contemplation of that marriage).
