Will? A person disposes of his/her assets in a Will, usually dividing them among your family, friends and charitable organizations. A Trust may be established in your Will to care for your children, or other beneficiaries who may not be able to manage money well. You can also state in your Will, your preference for disposal of your remains and your executor will be obliged to carry out those wishes (providing it is not illegal or too outrageous). |
